Arlita Pearls Grounding Pad

Arlita Pearls Grounding Pad

$69.00

Your grounding mat already connects you to the Earth. This pad makes that connection something you can actually feel.

The Arlita Pearls Grounding Pad sits directly on top of any grounding mat you already own. Metal contact points on the underside pick up the Earth connection from your mat's surface and carry it upward — through the bed of clay pearls, into five metal spheres set across the top — and straight into the soles of your feet. No cables. No outlets. Just place it down and rest your feet on it.

Arlita pearls are rounded pellets of natural expanded clay — hundreds of small, smooth domes packed side by side. Instead of one flat surface, your sole meets a whole field of gentle contact points that spread the pressure evenly and invite your feet to shift and roll across them. It's the softest, most forgiving texture in the range: it still wakes up circulation, softens held tension, and brings your attention back into your body, but with a rolling, massaging quality rather than a sharp one. Many people notice a gentle tingling within minutes. That's your feet coming back online.

The five metal spheres do two things at once: they keep the grounding connection live through the pearl surface, and they press directly into the reflex zones and acupressure points mapped across the plantar surface — the arch, the heel, the ball of the foot. The kind of focused pressure that many people associate with a release that travels well beyond the foot itself.

What you may notice with regular use:

A calmer baseline. Less mental fog. Legs that feel lighter at the end of a long day. Post-workout, the combination of earthing and acupressure-style stimulation may support faster recovery — helping the body process the low-grade inflammation that lingers after training or long hours on your feet.

Size: Fits up to US Men's 12 / US Women's 13.5 (11.8 in / 30 cm sole length). One pad per foot.

Compatible with any standard grounding mat — universal fit.

Start gently. Arlita is the gentlest surface in the range, so most people are comfortable barefoot from day one — but if you'd like even softer contact at first, a thin sock does the trick.
