Will it fit my mat? Yes — universal fit, works with any standard grounding mat.
Does it break my grounding connection? No. The steel contacts bridge the stone, so the earth connection reaches your skin exactly as before.
Will it hurt? Quartz is the middle level — clear, never sharp. Wear a thin sock the first days if you like. Most people are barefoot by day three.
