Order processing

All Barefield products are handmade to order in Europe. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier assigned at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at hello@thebarefield.com to check availability.

Customs, duties and taxes

TheBareField is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may be applied once your package reaches its destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost packages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package arrived damaged or was lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thebarefield.com so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
